Our 5 storey building features 58 individual luxurious suites that range from smaller one bedroom, to one bedroom plus den and larger two bedroom units.
Suites at Sandhills are welcoming with bright, large living/dining room, spacious master bedroom, kitchen, ensuite bath, and laundry/storage room. Some suites have a second bedroom and bath, den, solarium, balcony or patio.
Appliances included are washer/dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher (in most units). Sandhills suites are individually heated with an efficient gas fired hot water/forced air systems, and each is cooled with it’s own rooftop air conditioner. Controlled entry underground parking is available.
Utilities costs are very affordable due to the quality construction of the building. Suites show like new and window treatments are included.
Sandhills is a not for profit Life Lease Community, and ownership is via a convenient “Right to Occupy” agreement.
